Street vendors form an integral part of streets in Indian Streets. The Street Vending Act, 2014 aims to protect the rights of urban street vendors and regulate street vending activities. Aurangabad Municipal Corporation has undertaken the task of formulating the city specific hawker's policy to assist the city administration to manage and regulate the hawkers in the city.
